Avenue 228 Boutique In-Store Credit Return Policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box and inside of shipping packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.
2. Non-Returnable Items NOT eligible for return:
- Any sale item
- Anything marked "Final Sale" on the invoice
- Accessories (Jewelry, Bags, Hats, Belts, Sunglasses, etc)
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Anything purchased with a discount of 25% or higher
- Black Friday & Cyber Monday Deals
3. How to make a return:
- Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
- We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. You may bring the return into the store to avoid shipping costs.
- Any additional postage purchased is non-refundable
- Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing.
- We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
- Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after delivery
- Store Credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the order.
- Returns postmarked after the 12 business days of delivery will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.
